HYPNOSIS POWERFUL TOOL

Hypnosis, natural state of heightened awareness,

connection with the basement of your mind,

where everything is stored

there resides your core.

First step is relaxation,

focus on your breath, start going deep.

Similar to meditation,

selective corporal attention.

Such a powerful tool,

what you desire can become true.

Once you get to the limbo state,

give yourself suggestions

whatever you want to achieve

your subconscious will listen to it.

Changes would start,

even if the process you don’t understand.

This suggestions can be whatever you desire,

“I am in charge of my body and mind” or

“I find easy to just relax”

“I am calm and aware” or

“I manage myself when feeling upset”

Most people don’t know,

they think hypnosis aims to control,

that it can make you say, think, behave

in a way you don’t want.

We need to clarify, demystify this.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool,

it is free, it is within you,

something you can always and forever use.

While in trance you will feel quiet, peaceful, content,

profound love and also flow..

Resting inside yourself,

Realising it is quite a nice and safe place.

So.. let’s start the journey into our minds

once relaxed the trance is going to  start.

Now.. let your body go and let’s fly far.

POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS

“Your mind is a garden,

your thoughts are the seeds,

you can grow flowers

or you can grow weeds”

This metaphor reminds us that we have the power to decide which are the seeds (thoughts), in our garden (mind), that we want to nourish more, which are the seeds we want to water more so they can grow, stand out and colour our garden with their beautiful colours. This is… we can decide which are the thoughts we want to have or focus on (perhaps a bit more positive, realistic and hopeful) and this ability will enable us to cultivate more positive minds, emotions and attitudes.

Positive affirmations are the flower seeds. They are widely used in therapy, hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, etc. They help us program our minds in the way we want.. Below I will show you how and when to use them. I hope that this information introduces you into the art of using your mind for your own benefit, into the art of self-hypnosis.

  1. How to create your positive affirmations:
    • Choose them in relation to your goals/desires/intentions:
      • Ask yourself… Which are your personal goals/intentions? (what do you want to achieve, what/how do you want to be,etc..)
    • Create them in relation to your goals:
    • Start with “I”
    • Use the verb in the present “I am” “I feel” “I find” (avoid verbs such as “want” “can”)
    • Get inspired by the list shown at the end of this text. Choose the ones you want. Feel free to modify them to better suit your needs/goals/intentions.

Ex: Goal: to be calm – Positive affirmation: I am calm.

(Following the example, it doesn’t matter if you don’t feel calm when you tell this positive affirmation to yourself. It is normal and predictable to find some resistance, that means you are introducing yourself into the art of programming your mind, keep going, navigate the resistances, I can assure you is worth it)

2. When to use positive affirmations:

    • Any time you want, anytime you need.
    • Positive affirmations seem to be more effective when you are in state of mind and body relaxation, this is because in those moments your subconscious is more attentive/susceptible to whatever you tell it.
    • When you are about to fall asleep or when you are waking up from sleep. When you notice yourself not being asleep, neither completely awake, but floating in a state of trance between these two states.

Suggestion:

    • Make a list of your positive affirmations
    • Add new affirmations to this list whenever you want
    • Put this list in a place you often look at, such as a mirror, on the bedside table, on the fridge, etc.
    • Make post-its with the ones that serve you more on a specific day/week, for example,  and put them around your house, car, office.

Now you know…

Now you can use it.

CULTIVATE YOUR GARDEN, WATER YOUR FLOWER SEEDS AND ENJOY THE BENEFITS THAT THIS BRING TO YOUR GARDEN, TO YOUR MIND, TO YOUR LIFE.
