In our sessions I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and goals. 

✓ Throughout our coaching and psychoeducation sessions, I will introduce you to a diverse range of practices, techniques, and knowledge drawn from various therapeutic theories such as Mindfulness, NLP, CBT, Polyvagal Theory and more. 

✓  During hypnotherapy, I will gently guide you into a state of relaxation, utilizing visualization and suggestion techniques to facilitate the positive changes you desire within your subconscious mind. 

✓ My goal is to assist you in moving towards enhancing your physical and emotional well-being, while empowering you to manage your symptoms independently. Effectively and proactively.

The sessions are online, via Zoom, which allow you to access therapeutic support from the comfort of your own home, regardless of where you are in the world.

I understand that choosing a therapist is a significant decision, and that is why I offer free consultations (a video call without commitment). This consultation will allow you to meet me and get a sense of my approach and how I work, before making any decision or committing to anything.

To accommodate this, I am flexible with my rates and I make available two spaces for clients who need reduced fees.
